EEESSS--EEEEEE-SEEEE!

So, here we stand. It’s July 6th and the slide towards Stillwater and September 5th is getting faster.

We are 61 days from kickoff. With SEC Media Days 16 days away, some great SEC sports blogs are beginning to heat up and start looking at the season with renewed vigor.

Below I am highlighting some of the best sports blogs in the SEC (Outside of BI, of course). If you wanna have the inside scoop at the next ALTA Match/Water Cooler/Deer Stand/Fraternity Rush event, these blogs will keep you in the loop about what is and is not interesting in the SEC. I’ll post the best Georgia-Specific blogs next Monday.

Everyday Should be Saturday This site has some of the most well written and absolutely hilarious posts on the web. Even though this site is written with a Florida bias, it provides some very astute and fair observations about the conference. This site is also home to the “Fulmer Cup”, an off-the-field distinction which is given to the University that has the most players represented in jail over the offseason.

Mr. College Football Written by Georgia Alum Tony Barnhart, this is the one section of the AJC worth reading. You may recognize Barnhart from his work with ESPN College Gameday, CBS Sports, and other TV media. He is right up there with Verne Lunquist on my list of favorite television sportscasters.

Clay Travis’ Mailbag The author of “Dixieland Delight”, a fan’s journey across the SEC, Clay Travis has one of the best writing styles out there. He hones in on the unique cultural subtitles that distinguish places like Auburn, Alabama from Oxford, Mississippi. He’s a Tennessee homer, but his readership is inclusive of every SEC fan base.

Team Speed Kills (Just ask Ohio State) This blog focuses on the SEC as a whole, with in depth analysis of each team. This week they are giving a season preview of Georgia, and provide a pretty accurate view of how the rest of the SEC perceives the program.

Look out for the first book review from the BI Summer Reading List on Friday. The first book is Rich Whitt’s firecracker, Between the Hedges. I recommend that every UGA Alum reads this book, as it shows how deep of a divide that has developed with our University’s support base.

Also, after a short hiatus, the First Annual Lewis Grizzard/Lucille Memorial Best Beer Joint in Georgia Contest is back on. You have until July 22nd to submit entries, and we currently have a pool of beer joints that spans from St. Simons to Rome.

Happy Monday, and Go Dawgs!

It is pretty difficult to figure out between Louis vuitton bags . But while using them the person could easily figure out which is the fake variety. The logo of lv which is the LV Monogram Canvas is usually seen only in the genuine piece of accessory. Even though most of the louis vuitton have the emblem the quality would let it know. Such difference could be coined by louis vuitton bag who have used and know about these bags.
