Sea Island Shrimp

Ingredients
5 pounds fresh or frozen medium shrimp 4 medium-sized Vidalia onions, sliced 4 medium tomatoes, sliced 4 lemons, thinly sliced INGREDIENTS for Marinade: 1 cup oil 1/4 cup vinegar 1 garlic clove, minced 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon celery salt Capers
Preparation
TO PREPARE: Clean, cook, and drain shrimp. In a large salad bowl, alternately layer shrimp, onions, tomatoes, and lemons. Mix marinade ingredients and pour over the salad bowl contents. Marinade may be doubled if necessary. Chill eight hours so that flavors blend. Decorate with parsley. Serve with crackers.
