Corn Salsa

Serves: A Crowd
Ingredients
- 1 large package frozen corn, thawed
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2-3 limes, juice squeezed into the bowl
- 1-2 ripe avocados, chopped
- 1-2 tomatoes, remove seeds and chopped
- 1 jalapeno, remove seeds and minced
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Cover and Chill 5-24 hours. Serve with lime chips or blue chips for dipping.
