Pimiento Cheese

Serves: 12 - 16
Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 cloves minced garlic or garlic salt 6 to 8 drops Tabasco sauce 2 oz jar undrained sliced pimientos 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Combine mayo, cream cheese, garlic and Tabasco in blender or food processor until smooth. Place in medium bowl and add undrained pimientos, cheese and pecans. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to allow flavors to blend.
