BI talks with Gary Stokan about Georgia's Season Opener at SEC Media Days 2011.

Gary Stokan has done a lot for sports in Georgia. The President and CEO of the Chick-fil-A Bowl also serves in the same capacity for Atlanta Hall Management, Inc. – the organization created to build and manage the new College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta. Stokan also currently serves as chairman of the Atlanta Local Organizing Committee to recruit the FIFA World Cup in 2018 or 2022. He is past president of the Atlanta Sports Council where he served for 12 years, concurrently with his role with the Chick-fil-A Bowl. BI had a chance to catch up with Gary at SEC Media Days to talk about the Dawgs’ upcoming season opener in the Chick-Fil-A Kickoff Game against Boise State.
